Motion was made to purchase flagpole for cafeteria. Motion made by Jason Grant Seconded by Justin Penuel. Woodmen of the World has agreed to pay $300. Our part will be $460.

Donations were made to Saint Jude Walk-a-thon in memory of Sam Baker in the amount of $200 as well as $200 to the Pink Hill Parks & Recreation for concession stand equipment.

Looking to purchase traffic cones for the trucks on a grant.

Old Brush Truck was purchased through sealed bid.

Signs were purchased for Fireman’s Day.

Online apparel store is live on Third Day Outfitters for member purchase. Members would like to see

Looking at purchasing Code 3 supplemental insurance for all members, will be trying to get same paid for with relief fund money.

Need people to help with BBQ Festival on Saturday.
